The good side about this system is that humidistat or timer can be used to allow ventilations at a specific time of the day, or when the house is too humid inside or when one of the pollutants in house is high. Due to its small opening towards the North, this room is quite cool during the summer which is good, but extremely cold during winter. Recommendation for this room can be using carpet as the floor material. Recommended floor covering: Carpet Heat absorption of thermal mass are affected by surface texture and colour. Concrete slab with soft floor finishes carpet on it usually work better on thermal ,ass as the carpet slows and delay thermal entry into the slab. The roo temperature will rise in about 1-2 degree celcius because of carpet, which is really good in winter but not that good in summer. Room 6 have been complaint by user that it is always cold, therefore carpet is a better choice. Due to absorption of heat by thermal mass from carpet, this effect will decrease the needs of heating energy requirements during winter time. With techniques that build masonry or concrete into the structure, continuation of ground floor double brick construction , internal brick walls and concrete slab floor, thermal mass will be provided. To avoid overheating, windows to the east should be minimized as well. the window towards north at the upper levels are to be restricted to lesser than 10% of the upper gross floor area. Good cross ventilation is important too, thats why positioning of windows are important, not forgetting to shade them well. For maximum effectiveness, thermal mass should be insulated from external temperature. For example, the thermal mass should exist within the insulated walls. If the external envelope is not insulated, the benefits of thermal mass is considerably reduced. Therefore, brick venner walls dont quite comply with the thermal mass requirements. it gives out little thermal mass benefits as the brick are outside of the insulated cavity. Internal timber framing from the typical brick veneer construction are placed outside instead, a reverse of traditional way of doing it. We can conclude that personal values of counselors can conflict with the professional values. However, strong personal values will work in favor of the counselors. A counselor with strong moral and ethical values will have a positive influence on the clients. Whereas if a counselor doesnt practice honesty, integrity and privacy of others than he or she is more likely to face difficulty in understanding a client with strong moral values. Although a counselor cannot impose their personal values on clients but they can have a very positive effect in influencing and helping the client in their difficult times. If there is a strong disagreement between the values then it might result in referral to another counselor but most of the times this conflict can be resolved with cold-mindedness and rational thinking. Passing through various techniques and training, trainees reach the next level of their professional development. Not everyone can work in a profession that demands occasional conflicts of personal and professional values and ethics. Hence, keeping the view of the research conducted by various experts, we can say that trainees who start seeing clients before their masters level training are bound to suffer a shock. They will not be able to handle the clients. Their own values will not be in sync with their professional demands. Being not fully self-aware and lack of proper training might lead them not only to a dissatisfied client but they might also add to the misery of their client. If they give advice according to their personal ethics and values rather than professional values, their clients will doubt their sincerity towards them. All in all, it will not be a good decision to practice before having some masters level training. Conclusion Counseling is not only a profession but also a great responsibility. It is a vast field which includes career counseling, grief counseling, behavior therapy, heath counseling and also covers issues like addiction, mental health and relationship issues. Clients confine everything in their therapist and seek their guidance in various aspects of their lives. To become a counselor, one has to possess certain qualities like theoretical knowledge of personality, empathy for clients situation, understanding behavior, attentive listening ability and power of deduction. After studying the literature pertinent to personality and values of a counselor, it can be concluded that both of these are very important for the professional development of a counselor. Their personality not only defines who they are but also determines how efficient they are in their profession. Strong moral and ethical values of a counselor can make the relationship with clients stronger. Clients will rely on the counselor for his/her advice. If in-training counselors try to treat their patients before master level training, they are more likely to have cognitive issues and difficulty in dealing with their own personality and work value conflict. I strongly feel that military tactics, training, and equipment do not have a place in American law enforcement because dozens of needless deaths and injuries have occurred because of it and it’s extremely expensive to supply these things. First, the American law enforcement has become much too aggressive with its citizens. There are several reports of police going above and beyond, using extreme measures, to take down the general public. One perfect example would be the MacDonald case. In the summer of 2006 a frail, troubled 18-year-old girl named Ashley MacDonald ran through a nearly empty Huntington Beach, California, city park in the early morning holding a small knife. An onlooker called the police and soon two large male officers showed up. They shot the girl to death with 18 bullets, claiming she had lunged toward them and put their lives in danger (Greenhut, 2008). Another example showing excessive, military force being used would be the Jose Guerena case. The home of former Marine and Iraq combat veteran Jose Guerena was raided by local sheriffs in Pima County, Arizona, who were attempting to execute a narcotics search warrant. Unfortunately, the manner in which the SWAT team invaded Guerena’s home prompted Guerena to reach for his gun to protect himself and his family. Sheriffs then shot off 71 rounds and hit Guerena with 22, killing him (Clabough, 2011). Second, it has cost the government millions of dollars to supply the American law enforcement with military equipment, which I believe is completely unnecessary. According to Pentagon data cited by The Daily, the Defense Department gave away almost $500 million worth of surplus military equipment to state and local law enforcement in 2011, which was a new record. And next year’s orders are already up more than 400 percent (Newman, 2011). The crime rate may have decreased, but the detailed numerous accounts of abuses and failed operations that left innocent people dead and the record billions worth of military equipment still being handed to local police is absolutely ridiculous. I feel there is more bad than good deriving from the militarization of our police.

A lot of the book Night sort of reoccurs in the movie. At the start when the Jews were taken into the Ghettos although in Schindlers list it reminded me of the book except that I think in the book the setup of the ghettos was different, Elie didnt mention that there was a certain date that they had to be in the ghettos by. I just imagined the ghettos differently when I was reading Night then to how it was shown in the movie. The movie also showed me why a lot of the Jews werent able to escape when the officers came to the ghettos. Like when the boy tried to escape, when the Nazis camp to take the Jews from the ghettos, he was caught and shot immediately. Later on in the movie when the ladies were in the bunks at one of the concentration camps, it was an example of how the Jews were not willing to believe that any human could be so cruel. It is a lot like Night when Elie was talking about the optimists in Sighet, who thought that nothing so inhuman could happen to anybody. One of the most powerful scenes was towards the end when Oskar Schindler was making his speech to the Jews after he had finished and they handed him a gold ring made out of gold teeth, how he started crying saying that he should have saved more then he did save. I think that that scene is amazing. You can really feel the deepness of what he is feeling. When Schindlers Jews gave him the ring that also was powerful, giving Schindler everything they had as a sign of appreciation and gratitude. Another powerful scene is when we see the little girl in the red dress. Her part was like a before and after, at first we see her as young, innocent and alone, then later she is dead and being taken to the crematory to be burnt. I think Spielberg added this little girl in so that we have a important character in the camps, because we had seen her before and then we saw her dead it showed us that actual individual people died not just figures of corpses counted at the end of the war. An important scene is when Schindler changes from not caring about the Jews to a person who does care. After the girl comes and asks him to get her parents from the camps he is really angry then he gets over it and it transforms him into a caring person and from there his mission to save the Jews begins. That is the reason this scene is important, because it is the turning point for Schindler. I never new that the children were taken away from their mother like they were in the movie, while in their mothers were in selection the children were taken away on trucks, probably never to be returned. Also the gas chamber and showers that looked the same was something that I didnt know had been part of the camps I just knew there were gas chambers so that is very tormenting not to know whether in a few minutes you will be dead or clean,

Due to the length constraint of the report, there are only significant environmental factors are analysed in terms of their influence on the organization and the organizations response towards environmental changes. Internal environment factors are analyzed include products and services SWOT analysis, Vision and mission, and leadership,. Any product or policy of a company has to reviewed and make change accordingly that fit to the contemporary needs of the organization. Example the Maybank Great Manager (MGM) programme aimed at improving managerial skills, capabilities and knowledge. The external factors are political, economy, social, technology, environment and legal. Five of these factors exert tremendous pressure on Maybank business operation especially the economical factors.
